In case you regret your purchase and wish to make a return, you are required to write us within 14 days of receiving your product and return it within 14 days of contacting us. You are required by law to inform us before you return the product. Products are to be returned in original condition. Before returning your order, please contact us on bonjour@hotel-casper.com stating the reason for the return. Once you have contacted us, return the order as described above to the informed address.

Upon receiving the product back in its original state, you will receive a full refund. Please notice that you will have to pay the shipping costs for a product or products that you wish to return. When the product have been returned within the 14-day window, and approved by us, the price at which the product was purchased will be refunded into your account within a few days.
